Theories of a "New World Order"
Throughout
history, people have always believed in some form of a grand conspiracy
where one group of people intends to exercise
control over the rest
 of
the world. In many cases, the controversy is the result of
delusion, hysteria or malice, but we should all be well aware that plans
to dominate the world have been true (i.e., Hitler).
The term “New
World Order” has historically had
different meanings and connotations, and
been the subject of great controversy.
Some groups fear a new world order,
while others are proponents [while
politicians and religious leaders feed
the controversy].
Ideological fervor often contributes to
the conspiracy. There is the
belief that some religious groups plan
to create a master religion and a world
theocracy. Conversely, people of faith
believe there is a plan to create a
secular world. Then there are the
conspiracies that are rooted in social
or economic concerns, such as the
perceived plans by groups to create a
master race, neo-corporate dominance or
a transnational government.
Connection
between the New World Order and the
Illuminati
It is most widely
believed that some of the owners of
world’s richest financial organizations
and the super-rich in the upper echelon
control the world and their power
trickles down through governments to the
media giants and other organizations.
Many people believe that this matrix of
secret power is run by the Illuminati.
It is for this reason
that the words
Illuminati and
New World Order
are
often used
interchangeably.
